all orders ship from our studio. standard production time ranges depending on the piece. once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking when your package is dispatched. import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

we are not liable for misplaced or stolen packages. if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, refunds cannot be issued. if something seems unusual with your delivery, email contact@owencutler.com with any available details, we’ll review and assist however possible.

returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached. returns outside these conditions may be denied or returned at your expense. international orders cannot be returned or refunded.
